Grad show work in progress: Spinning Wool.

Here is some wool I've started spinning for my grad show work as I'm generally over attached to my work as it is I've even started spinning some of my hair into it,my best friend let me test it out by giving me his hair after cutting it off.
Thanks for being a legend!

Let's do this.

After spending a fortune on new art supplies, I told myself I'd be disappointed if I didn't paint everyday.
Of course I haven't been...
But here a few very rough oil paint/ water colour sketches of what i'm working on for a very large collaboration with a dear friend of mine.
I'm trying to let go of what will now be my sixth year of art school, well text book technique and just focus on my "feelings" with a dash of psychoanalysis.

Work in progress: Haywire Crain II

Work in progress : Haywire Crain

Excuse the crazy colours & crappy compressed jpegs.
I'm trying to figure out what tones I dig best.
I had an absolutely amazing time on micro road trip 3.0 to Umina to meet/ shoot the amazing, Haywire Crain.
Being back at uni brings out the despondency in me, so at least editing these will make me happy.

Gradshow work in process III:

Thanks to these special ladies, I'm just a little half way over in the photo taking process of my grad. show work.
The race against time is starting to get a little daunting, here's to hoping I can get enough brain power to get the essays out of the way and then get stuck into it.
